Common questions
Questions we get asked.
What is a pay-per-lead company?
A pay-per-lead company charges for each lead that meets an agreed definition instead of a monthly retainer. Vivin sets the audience, qualification, exclusions, evidence and price in writing before launch. Indicative pricing ranges from USD $15 to $500+ per accepted lead.
What is a reasonable cost per lead?
A reasonable cost depends on audience scarcity, geography, decision-maker seniority and qualification depth. Vivin uses an indicative range of USD $15 to $500+ per accepted lead, then quotes the exact unit and monthly cap after reviewing the market.
What counts as an accepted lead?
A lead that passes the qualification, exclusion and evidence rules agreed in writing before launch. An eligible issue is replaced under those written campaign terms.
Are the leads exclusive?
Yes. Every lead is generated for one client and delivered to one client. Vivin does not resell contacts, and offers territory or profile exclusivity so two clients are never chasing the same company.
Where do the leads come from?
Campaigns Vivin builds and runs against the profile you approved. Responses are checked against the written qualification and exclusion criteria before an accepted lead is delivered.
How much do lead generation agencies charge otherwise?
Retainer agencies typically charge USD $2,000 to $10,000 a month regardless of output. Marketplaces sell shared leads at USD $20 to $150 each to several buyers at once. Pay-per-lead sits between: no retainer, and a higher price per lead because each one is exclusive and assessed against the agreed qualification criteria.
Is there a contract or minimum?
There is no setup fee. Volume, monthly cap, duration and notice are defined in the signed agreement.
Does Vivin work in both Canada and the United States?
Yes. Vivin is based in Ottawa and runs campaigns in both countries, following CASL and the national do-not-call rules in Canada and CAN-SPAM and TCPA in the United States. The compliance page sets out both side by side.
