Pay per lead B2B lead generation companies compared
Most agencies that appear in “pay per lead” searches charge a monthly retainer. This table lists what each company publishes on its own website about per-lead pricing, what counts as a billable lead, whether leads are exclusive or resold, setup fees and minimum terms, with a link to the page and the date we read it. Vivin is included on the same terms as everyone else. Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign.

Vivin’s figures are indicative ranges quoted for your market. Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign.
Not listed: Belkins, CIENCE, Callbox, SalesRoads, Abstrakt Marketing Group, Cleverly and Outbound System appear in the same searches but publish retainer or subscription pricing, not a price per lead. Callbox states “We don’t charge per lead.” Martal Group and Upcision are left out because their sites could not be read on the check date.
What Vivin publishes that others do not
- Of the 27 competitors we checked, only Pearl Lemon Leads (.com) and ViB publish a per-lead price range for B2B leads alongside Vivin. LeadsNow AI shows raw leads at “$10-$80” with no accepted-lead definition. Vivin’s USD $15 floor is the lowest published figure that is tied to an accepted-lead definition. Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign.
- Vivin publishes the billing unit (an accepted lead), the replacement rule, lead exclusivity and no setup fee on one page.
- Vivin’s leads are sales inquiries from campaigns run for one client. ViB’s per-lead price is for content downloads and Prospekt’s is for contact lists, which are different products.
Where a competitor's published terms beat Vivin's
- Pearl Lemon Leads publishes a higher ceiling (USD $1,000 per lead), which signals coverage of more senior titles. Vivin’s page does not say what moves a lead toward the USD $500 end of its range. Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign.
- Prospekt, LeadsNow AI and Outbound System publish concrete cancellation terms (end of billing cycle, 14 days, 10 business days). Vivin says only that there is no published minimum term and leaves notice to the agreement.
- Several competitors publish a guarantee (Abstrakt, Belkins, SalesBread). Vivin publishes none.
How to compare offers like these
- Ask what a billable lead is in writing: company fit, contact role, a stated need and a next step, or just a name on a list.
- Ask whether the same lead is sold to anyone else. “Exclusive” should mean one buyer per lead, not one buyer per territory.
- Ask what happens to a bad lead: replacement, credit or nothing. Then ask how long you have to flag it.
- Add every fixed cost to the per-lead price before comparing: setup fees, tool fees and monthly minimums change the real cost per accepted lead.
Questions
Which B2B lead generation companies charge per lead rather than a monthly fee?
Of the 27 competitors we checked on October 19, 2026, two publish a per-lead price on their own site, alongside Vivin Sales (USD $15 to $500 per accepted lead): Pearl Lemon Leads (.com) (USD $200 to $1,000 per lead) and ViB (from $45 per content-syndication lead). Most others, including Belkins, CIENCE, Callbox and SalesRoads, publish monthly retainers. Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign.
Are pay per lead B2B leads exclusive or resold?
It depends on the provider and you should ask before signing. Vivin delivers each lead to one client and never resells it. Prospekt sells contact lists that are not exclusive. Pearl Lemon Leads (.com) says its leads are exclusive to the client; its Canadian site lists exclusivity as a point to agree before launch.
What does a qualified B2B lead cost in 2026?
Published per-lead prices in this comparison run from $10 to USD $1,000 (bare $ figures are undesignated on the source pages) depending on the provider, the seniority of the buyer and how strict the qualification is. Vivin quotes within USD $15 to $500 per accepted lead after reviewing the market. Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign.
Is there a setup fee or a long-term contract with pay per lead providers?
Vivin, Pearl Lemon Leads and Prospekt publish no setup fee. LeadsNow AI charges a scope-based setup fee. Vivin has no published minimum term; duration, notice and your monthly cap are set in the campaign agreement.
