Want a written quote?
How the number is set
What moves the written quote.
Seniority of the contact
An owner of a small business answers the phone. A CFO of a USD $20M company has a gatekeeper, a calendar, and a procurement process. The second costs three to four times more calls to reach.
Narrowness of the profile
"Accounting firms in Ontario with two-plus partners" is a list of a few thousand. "Any business owner" is a list of millions. Narrow profiles mean more dials per accepted lead and a higher unit price.
Trigger requirement
Requiring a dated trigger (a fired vendor, a new entity, an expiring contract) makes every lead worth more and costs more to find. Most clients want it. The band reflects it.
The indicative bands support planning, but the campaign agreement controls the actual price and acceptance rules. Work your own numbers on the cost per lead calculator.
Common questions
Questions we get asked.
How much does a lead generation agency cost?
Vivin uses indicative pricing of USD $15 to $500+ per accepted lead, USD $100 to $2,000+ per qualified booking, or a 20% success fee on attributed contract value. Audience, geography, qualification and delivery requirements determine the written quote.
Which model should I choose?
Pay per lead if your team can work relevant contacts quickly. Pay per appointment if your closer's time is the constraint and you want qualified bookings. Pay per close if contract values support a 20% success fee and attribution can be audited. Fit is confirmed after market review.
Why is the price a range and not one number?
Audience scarcity, geography, decision-maker seniority, qualification depth and delivery requirements change the cost. The ranges are planning estimates, not guaranteed purchasable prices. The exact unit is fixed in writing before launch.
Are there setup fees, minimums, or contracts?
Pay per lead and pay per appointment have no setup fee. Their volume, duration and notice are defined in the signed agreement. Pay per close has no setup or operating service fee; the client pays Vivin USD $497 per month for domains, inboxes and sending infrastructure.
What happens when a lead or meeting is bad?
An eligible issue is reviewed against the written qualification, exclusion and evidence rules, then replaced under the campaign agreement. Review windows and required evidence are agreed before launch.
Do prices differ for Canada and the United States?
No. All prices are in USD for both countries. Canadian clients are invoiced in USD by Vivin Facilitators Ltd, an Ontario company, and the invoice states the applicable tax treatment.
