A smaller, relationship-driven market?
Give the people you want to know a reason to talk.
A client-hosted podcast creates a useful conversation with a carefully chosen guest, then a package of content your team can use. Review the show Vivin operates and the production scope.
One system, end to end
Go-to-market that starts with a real conversation.
Most companies run strategy, content, distribution and sales infrastructure as separate projects and hope they add up. Vivin runs them as one system, sourced from the conversations a founder is already the best person to have. See how the pieces fit on the podcast-led GTM page.
The relationship side
Every conversation is a relationship.
Editorial planning and guest coordination put the people who matter to your market on the record with you. Each recording creates a genuine relationship and original insight that no research deck can produce.
The marketing side
Every episode is a month of authority.
One conversation becomes clips, quote cards, carousels, an SEO transcript page, a newsletter, and a week of social posts. Your reach and your authority, compounding while you sleep.

Why a connected system wins
The same founder hours, pointed at a system instead of scattered tasks.
Split the work across tools, freelancers and one-off projects and the joins become your problem. Run it as one system and each part makes the next one stronger.
| DIY marketing | Disconnected freelancers | Single-channel production | A Vivin engine | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| First impression | ✕Whatever the founder had time for | ✕Four voices, four directions | ✕Polished assets, no strategy | ✓One position, expressed everywhere |
| What you walk away with | ✕An inconsistent trickle | ✕Deliverables you have to join up | –Episodes, no distribution | ✓Relationships and a working content system |
| What it covers | –Whatever fits the week | –One task each | –Production only | ✓Strategy, content, distribution and sales infrastructure |
| Compounds over time | ✕Stops when the week gets busy | ✕Restarts with every handover | –Slowly, if at all | ✓Yes, every episode adds up |
| Your time each month | ✕Hours writing and posting | ✕Coordinating vendors | ✕Managing an agency | ✓About two hours talking |
| Who's accountable | ✕You | –Each for their own task | ✕No one for the whole | ✓One team, end to end |
Run the whole system, or strengthen the gaps
The full stack, in the order it actually works.
Vivin can run the complete system or take on the parts your team does not have covered. Most companies already do one or two of these well.
01 · Strategy
Decide what to say
Positioning, audience, core themes, channel plan and the editorial calendar the rest of the system runs on.
02 · Conversation
Host the conversation
The source of the whole system. A person worth hearing from, on the record, with you as the host.
03 · Content & distribution
Be where the market looks
One conversation becomes a month of presence across search, social, email and paid campaign assets.
04 · Sales infrastructure
Make the interest countable
Landing pages, conversion paths, CRM structure, follow-up workflows and the reporting that shows what the system produced.
Stage 03, up close
One conversation. A month of content.
Here is what a single episode becomes, ready to publish across every channel. These are mockups in a few different brands. Yours come out in your colours, your logo and your voice.

Why Vivin
A managed system, not a software subscription.
Most growth help is either a tool you have to operate or a vendor that ships deliverables and disappears. Vivin runs the system end to end and stays accountable for how the parts connect.
01
One team, one system
Strategy, production, content, distribution and sales infrastructure run by the same people, so nothing falls between vendors.
02
Senior work, end to end
Experienced operators on every part of your account, from strategy to the words in your posts.
03
Built on a working show
We run the same system on our own podcast. Review our published episodes to judge the editorial and production work. Podcast production examples do not establish lead-generation results.
04
Accountable for execution
We measure the work in conversations held, assets shipped and search presence built, not downloads or impressions.
We take a limited number of clients at a time so the work stays senior and the recording calendar stays open.

Don't take our word for it
Hear the engine on our own show.
The Connector's Table is the podcast Vivin builds and runs with the same system we would run for you. Listen before you ever book a call.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Should we start with leads, appointments or a podcast? +
Start with your target customers and your sales capacity. A team that can follow up on inquiries can explore pay-per-lead. A team that needs qualification and scheduling support can explore pay-per-appointment. A narrow, relationship-driven B2B market may suit a client-hosted podcast. We assess the fit before proposing a scope.
Can I ask about my industry directly? +
Yes. Open your industry page and use its inquiry or booking link. The industry stays attached to the request, so you do not need to choose it again.
Do all industries qualify for pay-per-close? +
No. Pay-per-close is assessed against the offer, reachable market, closing process and permitted fee structure. Regulated services require a separate review. Leads and appointments can be discussed without assuming a percentage-based success fee is suitable.
Is this just a podcast, or a wider GTM system? +
The podcast is the starting point, not the whole service. Each conversation produces original insight, and that insight becomes episodes, founder content, search visibility, social distribution, paid campaign assets, conversion paths and pipeline reporting. Vivin can run the full system or strengthen the parts you already have.
How soon can podcast setup start? +
Once the engagement is scoped and the required access and approvals are in place, we prepare the show and launch system within 48 hours.
Do I need an audience already? +
No. The value isn't downloads, it's the relationships you build with each guest and the content each episode produces. An audience is a bonus that compounds over time.
How much of my time does this take? +
You host four guest conversations at full monthly cadence and review the work that requires approval. Vivin handles the editorial planning, guest coordination, production and upload-ready content package around those conversations.
Whose podcast is it, mine or yours? +
Yours. It is your branded show, your guests and your relationships. Vivin runs the editorial planning, guest coordination and production behind it, then connects the show to the rest of your go-to-market system.
Can I engage you for one part of the system rather than all of it? +
The standard offer is the connected system, because the conversation, production, content and distribution workflows are designed to work together. Where a company already runs part of it well, we scope a narrower engagement to strengthen the parts that are missing. The agreed package defines the social profiles and campaign work Vivin manages.
How is this different from hiring a production agency? +
A production vendor delivers episodes. Vivin connects the conversation, the episode, the content package, the distribution plan and the measurement in one managed system, so the handoffs between them do not land back on your team.
Can I cancel? +
Your signed agreement states any minimum duration, renewal structure and notice period before work begins.
