Done-for-you sales & marketing
Founder-led marketing that turns conversations into customers.
Vivin is your entire sales and marketing team. We build you a podcast where every guest becomes a sales conversation and every episode becomes a month of content, SEO, and newsletters. You show up and talk. We run the funnel.

One engine, your whole funnel
Your entire sales and marketing, run from one show.
Most companies bolt sales onto marketing and hope the two talk. Vivin runs both from a single podcast. Built for founders, consultants, and lean teams who want a full go-to-market function without building one.
The sales engine
Every guest is a buyer.
We find the exact people you want to sell to, book them as guests through our outbound, and turn the conversation into a real relationship and a natural next step. Your pipeline, built one episode at a time.
The marketing engine
Every episode is a month of authority.
One conversation becomes clips, quote cards, carousels, an SEO transcript page, a newsletter, and a week of social posts. Your reach and your authority, compounding while you sleep.

Warm guests + inbound
One system. Every conversation feeds every channel, and every channel feeds the pipeline.
Why a show beats the alternatives
The same effort, pointed at relationships instead of noise.
Every other channel does one job and leaves you with nothing to show for it. The show does both, and compounds.

Pick and choose, or hand it all over
Everything a sales and marketing team does.
In the order it actually works. Start with the show, the part that feeds everything else, and add the stages you need.
01 · Outbound
Open the doors
We reach the exact buyers you want and invite them onto your stage, the one offer they actually say yes to.

Host the conversation

03 · Content & channels
Be everywhere they look
One conversation becomes a month of presence across every platform your buyers spend time on.
04 · Pipeline
Turn it into revenue
The follow-through and tracking that turn conversations and inbound interest into booked revenue.
Stage 03, up close
One conversation. A month of content.

Why Vivin
A studio, not a software subscription.
Most growth help is either a tool you have to operate or an agency that ships deliverables and disappears. Vivin is a team that owns the outcome end to end.
01
One team, one system
Outbound, the show, content, and pipeline run by the same people, so nothing falls between vendors.
02
Senior work, end to end
Experienced operators on every part of your account, from strategy to the words in your posts.
03
Built on a working show
We run the exact engine on our own podcast. We sell nothing we haven't proven on ourselves first.
04
Accountable for revenue
We measure success in conversations and pipeline, not downloads, impressions, or vanity metrics.
We take a limited number of clients at a time, so the work stays senior and the calendar stays open for your guests.

Don't take our word for it
Hear the engine on our own show.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Is this just a podcast, or actual sales and marketing? +
Both, and that's the point. The podcast is the engine. On the sales side we find, book, and warm up your buyers as guests. On the marketing side every episode becomes content, SEO, and a newsletter. You get a full go-to-market function, not just a show.
How soon can we start? +
Once the engagement is scoped and the required access and approvals are in place, we prepare the show and launch system within 48 hours.
Do I need an audience already? +
No. The value isn't downloads, it's the relationships you build with each guest and the content each episode produces. An audience is a bonus that compounds over time.
How much of my time does this take? +
You host four guest conversations at full monthly cadence and review the work that requires approval. Vivin handles the guest workflow, production, and upload-ready content package around those conversations.
Whose podcast is it, mine or yours? +
Yours. It's your branded show, your guests, your relationships. Vivin runs the outreach and production engine behind it, and connects the show to a wider audience.
Can I engage you for just one piece, like outbound or content? +
Engine is the standard offer because the guest, production, content, and follow-through workflows are designed to work together. Custom work and managed publishing are scoped separately when there is a clear fit.
How is this different from an agency or an SDR team? +
Vivin connects the guest relationship, the episode, the content package, and the commercial follow-through in one managed system. Production-only vendors and outbound teams can each own part of that work, but the handoffs remain with your team.
Can I cancel? +
There is a three-month minimum because the channel needs a runway to compound. Current renewal and cancellation terms are confirmed in the signed scope of work.
