Pay per appointment B2B companies compared: who bills on attended meetings
The two questions that matter with pay per appointment are whether you pay when a meeting is booked or when it is attended, and what else you pay besides the per-meeting price. This table lists what each company publishes on its own site, with the page link and the date we read it. Vivin is included on the same terms as everyone else. Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign.

Vivin’s figures are indicative ranges quoted for your market. Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign.
Not listed: Abstrakt Marketing Group (packages from $5,250 per month (bare $), with guaranteed appointment counts), Belkins (starter “from $5,000” with yearly appointment guarantees), SalesRoads (“$11,950 per 4-week period” per SDR), CIENCE (team and platform fees per month plus a commission on held meetings), Callbox (“$16,000 to $32,000” per month per pod, “not based on performance outcomes”) and Cleverly (plans from $397 per month; “We don’t offer pure pay-per-appointment pricing”) sell monthly programs rather than a price per meeting. Martal Group and Upcision are left out because their sites could not be read on the check date.
What Vivin publishes that others do not
- Vivin publishes all three of a price range, an attended-meeting billing trigger and a no-show rule. In this table only ScaliQ, SalesGent, ProspectOut, ViB and LeadsNow AI do the same.
- Vivin names a replacement rule for wrong fit, invalid details, duplicates and cancellations. Most pay-per-meeting sites publish a no-show rule but no replacement rule.
- Vivin has no setup fee. PlyneHQ charges $1,499 or $2,000 up front (bare $), ProspectOut adds $300 per month, and Outbase Pro and LeadsNow AI charge fees they do not price. Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign.
Where a competitor's published terms beat Vivin's
- ScaliQ publishes a floor of $99 per attended meeting, and LeadsNow AI’s published $30 floor is for calls that attend, both under Vivin’s USD $100 floor. Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign.
- ScaliQ publishes a fuller written definition of a billable meeting on its pay-per-meeting page than Vivin does; Vivin’s full definition sits in the lead agreement.
- ProspectOut, LeadsNow AI and Bold Bookings publish concrete cancellation terms. Vivin leaves notice to the signed agreement.
- Several monthly-program providers publish a guarantee (Abstrakt, Belkins, Outbase Pro). Vivin publishes none.
How to compare offers like these
- Ask whether the billing event is a booking or an attended meeting. The difference decides who carries the no-show risk.
- Ask what makes a meeting qualified, in writing: company fit, role, a stated need and an agreed time.
- Add every fixed fee (setup, tools, infrastructure, minimum months) to the per-meeting price before you compare.
- Ask what happens to a wrong-fit meeting that still took place: replacement, credit or nothing.
Questions
Which appointment setting companies only charge when the prospect actually attends?
On their own sites as of October 19, 2026: Vivin Sales (USD $100 to $500 per attended appointment), ScaliQ, SalesGent, ProspectOut, ViB, LeadsNow AI, Bold Bookings, Outbase Pro and MeetCold all state that a meeting is billable only when it is attended or shows. PlyneHQ does not say. Belkins, CIENCE, Callbox, SalesRoads and Abstrakt sell monthly programs instead. Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign.
What is a fair price per B2B appointment in 2026?
Published per-meeting prices in this comparison run from $30 to $1,400 (bare $ figures, currency not designated) depending on the provider, the buyer’s seniority and the qualification depth. Vivin quotes within USD $100 to $500 per attended appointment after reviewing the market. Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign.
Do I pay for no-shows with pay per appointment?
Not with Vivin: no-shows are not billed, and wrong-fit, invalid, duplicate and cancelled bookings are replaced. ScaliQ, SalesGent, ProspectOut, LeadsNow AI, Bold Bookings, Outbase Pro and MeetCold also publish that no-shows are not charged. Always confirm the rule in the agreement.
Is there a setup fee or a minimum term with pay per appointment providers?
Vivin, ScaliQ, ProspectOut and Bold Bookings publish no setup fee. PlyneHQ charges a one-time setup fee of $1,499 or $2,000 on its pay-per-meeting plans and SalesGent requires a three-month minimum. Vivin has no published minimum term; duration, notice and your monthly cap are set in the campaign agreement.
